This course is titled Web Page Design but it is not limited to only that format. Instead, we focus on all user interface forms that are now utilized in daily life including both websites as well as smartphone applications.
The course is multi-faceted in the way that it is not purely just about designing the aesthetic of a web-based interface, but rather we have to take into consideration the functionality of the design from the user's perspective. The navigation must be clear and easy to use. This is very important in the field of web design as it is all based on an interactive template. Of course, we will also be focusing on the aesthetic aspects of a sight as well - making sure it matches the theme, function, and purpose while remaining clear without taking away from the navigation of the interface.
Throughout the course I will be producing each step of the process for each project and logging it in on this page. This includes but is not limited to: wire frames, design comps, mood boards, project briefs, and site maps.
