Project 1: Description

The first project we were assigned is to be completed as a group of (at least) three people. The assignment is to redesign a highly popular existing website to create better functionality for the user by adding new features and organization. Of course, the goal is to keep the design true to its origin while enhancing the experience for users as a whole. We were to pick three sites: the main site that would be re-designed, an analagous site that serves the same general purpose but has different features that could inspire the new design, and a virus site that is completely different from the original two. The idea is to use features of this site to inspire the redesign simply for the functionality rather than the sole purpose or design of the site.
